Modular design.
The complete CoatPro XD measurement system is always built from individual camera modules. While a single camera module may suffice for simple laboratory applications, several camera modules can be combined into a camera group for more complex measurement tasks. A CoatPro XD can, in turn, be built from several camera groups that can operate independently of each other.
Typical examples include applications requiring high lateral resolution, for which several cameras with a short working distance can be combined. Similarly, the rapid measurement of very large components is achieved by combining several camera modules with a large field of view into a complete measurement system.
Intuitive software.
If the camera modules are the eyes of the CoatPro XD, then the software is its brain. The software controls data acquisition, analyzes the measurement data, and combines the images from the individual camera modules into a complete picture. Thanks to the intuitive interface, evaluating the coating thickness images is effortless, supported by a variety of export options. Wizards are available for many processes (grouping cameras, performing calibration, creating measurement campaigns), guiding you step by step through the process.
